Refund policy

Hempathic Light provides a 20-day refund and/or exchange policy, during which you can return the item that is undamaged and unused.

Hempathic Light also provides the refund and/or exchange of the damaged or defective item as long as your claim is communicated within 20 days after receipt of the item.

If 20 days have passed since the date of reception, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your article must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• We only offer refunds for items sold at the normal price, items on promotion cannot be returned.

• If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return.

• Any item that is not in its original condition, with violated packaging.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum period of 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

• If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

• You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item.

• Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

• Depending on your location, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

• Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
